About the company
Petrolexportimport SA is currently activating in
the field of petroleum products, petroleum products additives and special
petrochemical-stuffs for refineries and other Romanian customers. Petrolexportimport markets a wide
range of refined products, including gasoline, diesel, petroleum products
additives and petrochemical-stuffs for refineries and other Romanian customers,
through an year-to-year extended distribution system. Significant quantities of
crude oil and petroleum products
were imported and
respectively exported through Petrolexportimport.
The
company has set up credit and confirmation
lines with first class international banks, all its trading activities being
accomplished at its own commercial risks and costs.
History
Established in 1948 as a
State Company for Foreign Trade.
From the 1st of January 1991, as
a State Owned Shares Foreign Trade Company
On
9th of May 2000 Petrolexportimport became a privately owned incorporated company.
