Laboratorios Farmaceuticos ROVI SA (ROVI) is a Spain-based company principally engaged in the pharmaceutical industry. The Company is a Parent of Grupo ROVI, a group which comprises a number of entities active in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of drugs. Its products are structured in three fields: diagnostic, offering drugs used in the contrast for imaging, magnetic resonance, ultrasound and x-ray diagnostics; prescription, distributing drugs under the Hibor, Osseor, Emla, Ketesse y Ketesgel, Rhodogil, Biolid, Glufan, Corlentor and Exxiv brands, and over the counter (OTC), comprising the Fitoladius, Perspirex, Enerzona, Imedeen, Glycilax, Autan, Tree Septic and ColdPack brands. The Company’s majority shareholder is Inversiones Clidia SL, with 60.01% of its interests.
