  IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS.

  A valid, government issued ID document is required as a proof of your identity. The document must include your full name, date of birth, recent photograph and your signature. A certified translation of the required identification documents in English might be requested.

  Providing a paper copy of one of the following documents is required:

  For US Residents:

Passport
Driver's License

For Non US Residents:

Passport
National Identity Card

  A Proof of Address:

  A proof of residential address is requested, when the client’s address in not shown in the ID document. One of the below listed documents are considered acceptable proof of address:

  1. Utility Bill (phone bill, electricity bill, water bill, etc.)
  2. Tax and Insurance Records
  3. Bank Statements

  IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTITUTIONAL CLIENTS

  Required documents for Institutional Clients as a proof of company's existence:

  1. Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation;
  2. Authorization of the Company Representative;
  3. Copy of the ID document and a proof of residential address of the authorized representative;
  4. Current Certificate of good standing.
