Virtual Portfolio

Using the Virtual Portfolio Module of Delta Trading, investors have the advantage to test their own trading strategies, and convert them into real orders.

The Virtual Portfolio Module enables traders to create and manage up to 6 portfolios. They can test a number of trading strategies, risk free, based on market forecasts and strategy back-tests. Traders can analyze the performance of their portfolio by using different type of charts, available in the module. Successful Virtual Portfolios can be converted into live orders, with a single click of the mouse, using the Basket Order feature.

Virtual Portfolios can contain any of the following financial instruments: Currency Pairs, Gold and Silver, CFDs on Shares, Indices, ETFs and Crude Oil Futures.

Useful Features:

• Virtual Portfolio Module provides traders with the opportunity to design and test multiple trading strategies simultaneously;
• Investors are able to transform their Virtual Portfolio into a Live Portfolio, with a singe click of the mouse;
• Basket orders – convert multiple orders into real ones;
• Analyze and examine the performance of Virtual Portfolios using three types of charts: ‘Index’, ‘Result’ and ‘Profit/Loss%’ charts.

Basket Orders

A Basket Order converts all positions of a Virtual Portfolio into live orders. They are executed through market orders for each financial instrument.
