Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions

1. Deltastock Live account holder has to send an e-mail to referent@deltastock.bg or fill out the Registration Form, providing details, such as First Name, Last Name and E-mail address, about the person he/she has referred to Deltastock services for online trading in financial instruments through Delta Trading platform (hereinafter referred to as the Friend).
2. Upon opening of a Live Trading Account with Deltastock, the Friend shall inform Deltastock that he/she has been referred to the company’s services by the Client.
3. The Friend and the Client are entitled to receive bonus funds in the amount indicated in the bonus funds table below, depending on the initial deposit the Friend’s live account has been funded with:

4. Bonuses are paid to the Client’s or to the Friend’s account upon reaching a realized turnover in an amount of 10 000 EUR per 1 EUR of the bonus due after the date of the initial deposit by the Friend, but not later than 3 months after the deposit has been made. The realized turnover achieved trough trading currencies and precious metals in the L2 module or by physical delivery of funds is not included.
5. Up to the 5th of each month, “Deltastock” will perform a routine check on the realized turnover to the clients account and will apply to that account the earned commission. This will continue until the bonus is paid in full.
6. Bonuses can only be paid into the participant’s account, registered for the program, after matching with trade volume criteria as defined in Article 4.
7. No restrictions apply to the bonus funds withdrawals.
8. Deltastock reserves the right to decline bonus payments to program participants, without prior notice and in its own discretion, pursuant to these terms and conditions. Bonus payments shall also be declined in the cases where:
   • There is a reasonable doubt that the Friend or/and the Client are involved in activities (apparent or not) aimed at receiving and withdrawing the bonus funds by means of placing fake deals or other scams.
   • There is a reasonable doubt that the account of the Friend is managed by a third party.
   • The Friend is a Client’s relative.
   • The Friend is referred by an Introducing Broker of Deltastock (IB Partner).
   • The Friend has already had a live trading account with Deltastock
9. Deltastock has the right to change program terms and conditions any time. Any such changes shall be published on company’s website.
