Terms and conditions of the
Skrill bonus

I. Trading benefits you receive with the Skrill Bonus

Get up to 20% Cashback Bonus on your initial deposit, made using the online payment system Skrill! All you need to do is to open a Delta Trading™ live account and fund it. During your participation in the promotion, we will give you back 1 EUR for every 20 000 EUR that you have traded. The rebates will be paid out on a monthly basis.

The maximum rebate amount that can be received under this program for the whole period is up to 20% of your initial deposit or up to 5000 EUR (or its equivalent in another currency), whichever is lower.

Trading under the Skrill Promotion you receive rebates of 0,005% of the traded base currency amount. This means that you get:

*1 lot = 1000 units.

Note: Due to precision in calculation and tracking convenience, the rebates are initially calculated in the base currency, but converted and accumulated in EUR. They are paid in the client's account currency after being converted. The currency conversion from the base currency to EUR and then to your account currency may lead to a slight deviation in the amount of the rebate. The currency conversions are executed at Deltastock’s current exchange rates.

II. Conditions of Eligibility

You are eligible to apply for the Skrill Promotion if:

1. You are a new Deltastock client who opens and funds a Delta Trading™ live account;
2. You have never had a Live trading account with Deltastock.

The maximum rebate amount that can be received under the Skrill Promotion for the whole period is 20% of your initial deposit or up to 5000 EUR (or its equivalent in another currency), whichever is lower.

III. Traded Financial Instruments

You will be able to trade all of the financial instruments available in the Delta Trading™ platform. Deltastock reserves the right to add or remove financial instruments at any time without prior notice.

IV. Receiving your rebates

1. To participate in the Skrill Promotion you have to login with your account username and password, given to you when your account is opened, and claim your bonus by submitting your bonus request through your password protected profile on the website – to login, please click here. Bonus requests should be submitted no later than two business days after the account has been funded. All applications submitted after that period will be deemed expired and will not be processed.
2. The maximum amount of the rebates that could be received with this bonus cannot exceed 20% of your initial deposit or 5 000 EUR, whichever is lower.
3. 1 EUR rebate is paid to your account when you have executed trade/s with a turnover of 20 000 EUR. The rebates are based on the volumes you have traded during the previous month. The turnover realized from trading currencies and precious metals in the L2 module will not be included.
4. The rebate amount for the previous month will be paid in your Deltastock live trading account on a monthly basis.
5. By the 5th of the each calendar month, we will calculate the total turnover of your trades for the previous month, and the amount of the bonus you have earned will be credited to your live account. The period during which you can receive rebates on your traded volumes continues for 3 months after the date you have applied for the Skrill Promotion.
6. This process will continue each calendar month until the maximum rebate amount has been reached or the trading period has expired, whichever takes place first.
7. Rebates can only be paid into the participant's account, registered for the program, after matching the trade volume criteria as defined in Article 3 above.

V. Exiting the Skrill Promotion

1. If you decide to withdraw funds from your initial deposit less than three months after the deposit has been made, you will cease to be a legitimate participant in the Skrill Promotion. Transfers between accounts (if you have more than one with us) will also be considered a withdrawal, thus your participation in the promotion program will automatically end.
2. If you decide to withdraw funds from your trading account before the three month period has expired, and you withdraw only the difference between the current account balance and the amount of your initial deposit (if this difference is positive) you will still be eligible to receive your further rebates under this promotion.
3. If you withdraw an amount higher than the aforesaid difference, you will automatically cease your participation in this promotion.
4. You can cancel your participation in the Skrill Promotion at any time. You will need to submit a participation withdrawal request from here. If the participation withdrawal request has been submitted within the first month after your have registered for the program, no rebates will be calculated and paid to you, regardless of the realized turnover.
5. Deltastock reserves the right to decline rebate payments to clients under the Skrill Promotion, without a prior notice and at its own discretion, pursuant to these terms and conditions. Rebate withdrawals shall also be declined in the cases, where:
   • There is a reasonable doubt that the trading turnover has been realized through execution of fictitious trades or other deceitful means;
   • There is a reasonable doubt that the account of the client is managed by a third party.
   If any of the conditions, mentioned above, is present, the client will not be allowed to withdraw the received rebates.
6. Any dispute under these Terms and conditions will be resolved by Deltastock in a manner deemed to be fair, as reasonably practicable, to all parties concerned. You hereby accept and agree that any such decision shall be final and binding to you.
7. Participating in this Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Deltastock reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the Program and its Terms and Conditions or any aspect of them, at any time and without prior notice. You will be deemed to have been notified by us of any such changes upon our posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on our website. We recommend that you regularly consult these Terms and Conditions.

You can benefit from only one of the current Deltastock promotions with your initial deposit.
