At what price do you buy shares of Bulgarian companies?
|
Shares of public companies, compensatory instruments and investment bills are traded only on the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia” SA through a licensed investment broker like us. The price of traded instruments is market-based. That is why, should you ask about the price of a certain type of stock issued by publicly quoted companies, you will get its current price at the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia” SA. If there is currently no demand for the corresponding instrument, we are unable to offer it or sell it until a purchase order is placed.

How will you prove that you have carried out the sale or purchase of securities?
|
When you close the transaction after your order you can choose from among the following options: receive an e-mail, letter or fax containing a file signed by the broker and stamped by IB “Deltastock” Inc., containing all transaction features, the most important being the date, hour and number of the transaction, the number of securities and the price at which it has been closed, the settlement date, the other party, the fees and commissions due to IB “Deltastock” Inc. and the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia” SA, as well as the money you will receive in case of a sale transaction.

Will I get a certificate verifying my ownership of the shares I bought with your intermediation?
|
When the stock transaction is settled, upon request IB “Deltastock” Inc. can offer you a depository note issued by “Central Depository” Inc. certifying that you own these securities.

When can I sell the shares I bought?
|
You can sell the shares you bought after concluding the settlement cycle, lasting two business days after the date of the transaction. Due to the late settlement termination hour, sale orders can be placed only on the third business day following the day of the transaction.

Can I trade with securities on the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange” SA online without personally going to the office of IB “Deltastock” Inc.?
|
Yes, this can be done by means of COBOS. You can place purchase-sale orders of securities through the Clients order-book online system (COBOS).

Where can I get information about the prices of shares I own?
|
You can monitor the prices at the close of the trading session at the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia” SA and their percentile change compared to the previous day here. The same page allows you to make an accounting reference on the issuers.

Can I sell my shares at a different (higher) price than the current market price?
|
You can do so by placing a fixed (limit) price order; the price will be higher than the current market price or vice versa and if you wish to buy shares, the price will be lower than the current market price. In both cases, when the market reaches the level you specified, your order will be executed.

Do I pay fees on placement or suspension of orders?
|
No, IB “Deltastock” Inc. does not incur fees for placement and suspension of orders.

When can I get the proceeds from a sale of securities traded on the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia” SA?
|
The settlement (the time necessary to transfer the funds and securities from one client account to another following a transaction closed at the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia” SA) lasts two business days following the date of transaction close. On the third day, the client gains full possession of the traded securities or the monetary funds and can freely operate with them.

If I lose or have my depositary note stolen, do I lose ownership of my shares?
|
No, the depositary notes and all documentation resulting from entries into securities accounts with the “Central Depository” SA and its members are not considered securities. Should you lose your depositary note, you need to visit a registration agent and get a copy.

What fees do I owe “Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia” SA for the various tradable instruments?
|
Fees at the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia” SA (based on transaction volume, VAT excluded):
- Equity transactions and depositary notes on equity – 0.10%
- Treasury bills, notes transactions – 0.005%
- Corporate and municipal bonds transactions – 0.01%
- Other securities transactions – 0.03%
- Privatization market transactions – 0.2%
- Block transactions – 0.1%
