1.	Is there a risk my open positions will automatically close if there is an insufficient margin?
Clients can place Stop Loss, Take Profit limit orders to automatically close open positions should the market reach the price confirmed in these orders. Failure to maintain the minimum margin requirement will lead to all open positions automatically closing. Shortage of funds turns red in the Free Margin field. All your open positions will be closed automatically and trade suspended should the available margin in your account fall below the predetermined threshold of -80%.
2.	I do not receive a password on my e-mail after successfully registering. Why not?
There are two possible reasons: You have misspelled your e-mail address. Try to register again: if this works then this must have been the problem. Since the system does not allow a single e-mail address to be registered twice, a message will notify you of an already existent user under the same e-mail address if you try to open a second account. In this case, try option 2. Due to problems with your Internet connection, you do not receive the message with the username and password. In such a case, you should contact our Help Desk to be given an automatically generated password.
3.	Why can't I log-in to my demo account? When are the trading contest results announced?
Delta Trading Demo version runs as a contest rating all registered participants. Trading contest ceases in the end of each month and winners are named. This is why you need to register again at the beginning of each month.
4.	Can I register more than once per month?
The rules of the contest are that a participant can register only once. In case we notice any deviation from this rule, the user may opt to trade through all his registered accounts, but will be banned from listing in the rating.
5.	My result is better than the last one in the trading contest rating but my name isn't listed. Why not?
To join the contest you need to enter your UCN or ID card number during the registration process. This is necessary to verify your identity in case you have qualified among the winners. Users who have not entered a UCN or who have entered a false UCN or ID card are banned from the ratings list and are not entitled to a prize.    Generally we recommend that you register using your real name. This condition is not mandatory, but if obscene or derogatory names are used, the participant will potentially be disqualified.
6.	Why does the virtual capital of some contestants grow more rapidly than others?
Most participants in the trading contest open positions up to the entire amount of their margin account balance. The Demo participants’ moves differ from that of real traders.    In real life, nobody would dare risk that much. Usually these participants put limits on themselves and avoid trading on their entire margin, etc. Moreover, you can't see Demo participants who fall quickly into bankruptcy simply because they are trading “on the edge.”
7.	Can I change my password?
After you enter the system, choose Settings from the Main Menu. From the Change Password option you can modify your password.    In the Delta Trading Web Demo the option to change your password is not available.
