• The financial company/security broker/investment intermediary, must be properly regulated and have the appropriate licenses to hold clients’ funds and act as the counterparty to client business in their country of residence;
• The white-label partner enters into a services agreement with Deltastock AD This licenses the white-label partner to distribute the software to end clients, via their own re-branded platform (i.e. white-label);
• The white-label partner is the contracting party on the Customer Trading Agreement with its clients and is responsible for all account opening and compliance procedures;
• The white-label partner determines the traded financial instruments, the margin requirements, the spreads and the commissions;
• All administration, reporting and customer support carry the name of white-label partner.
