Terms and Conditions of Deltastock AD for the opening of a demo trading account in the electronic trading platform Deltastock Delta Trading

1. The Terms and Conditions of Deltastock AD for the opening of a demo trading account in the electronic trading platform Delta Trading are as follows:

1.1. In order to open a demo account, you must provide to Deltastock AD a current email address, where on the email you will receive a verification code with which you will complete and activate your registration;

1.2. After confirming your email through the verification code, Deltastock AD will activate your demo account;

1.3 For the opening of a demo account you do not need to sign an agreement with Deltastock AD, but only to accept and agree with the present Terms and Conditions of Deltastock AD for the opening of a demo trading account in the electronic trading platform Delta Trading;

1.4. After the opening of the demo account, you can trade in the financial instruments available in the trading platform without depositing funds and bearing the risk of real loss, but you won’t be able to make any real profits;

1.5. After the opening of the demo account, Deltastock AD may send you analyses, current market news, information on upcoming key global economic events, training courses and other notifications at the email provided by you;

1.6. After the opening of the demo account, Deltastock AD may make phone calls at the number provided by you regarding the parameters of your demo account or on other topics of mutual interest;

1.7. After the opening of the demo account, Deltastock AD may use your data such as IP address, trading history, etc. to provide you with relevant information such as news, surveys, analyses, etc.;

1.8. After the opening of the demo account, Deltastock may use the email and phone number you provided to send and conduct surveys on service improvements;

1.9. Deltastock AD, regarding you demo account, can contact you only through its employees and does not have the right to use other persons or companies for the purpose;

1.10. Deltastock AD does not have the right to provide your email, phone number and IP address to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes;

1.11. Each demo account has an expiration period of 5 years, with active use. In case you don’t trade with it, three months after your final trade, the account is automatically deactivated and deleted by Deltastock AD.

1.12. If you want to continue treading through a demo account after the expiration of your demo account, you must open a new demo account through the procedure described above;

1.13. You have the right, at any time, to open a live trading account in the electronic trading platform in which you have a demo account. In this case your demo account will be active till its expiration date under Art. 1.11;

1.14. You can open a demo account at any time, regardless of whether you already have a live trading account in the electronic trading platform in which you want to open a demo account.

2. By accepting the present Terms and Conditions of Deltastock AD for the opening of a demo trading account in the electronic trading platform Delta Trading, you confirm and agree with all rights and obligations of the parties listed in them.

3. Your agreement can be withdrawn at any time via email. Your demo account will be closed ahead of its expiration date and your data will be deleted from the database of Deltastock AD.

4. By accepting the present Terms and Conditions of Deltastock AD for the opening of a demo trading account in the electronic trading platform Delta Trading, you declare your explicit agreement that the data provided by you can be processed by Deltastock AD. Deltastock AD informs you that it gathers and processes your personal data solely for the purposes listed above and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the other provisions of applicable law. Your personal data can be accessed solely by the authorised persons under contract with Deltastock AD. Deltastock AD has the right to provide your personal data to third parties only in the cases provided in applicable law.
