Terms and Conditions for Publishing Streaming
Web Resources Provided by Deltastock AD Free of Charge

These terms and conditions settle the relationship and state the requirements of the investment intermediary Deltastock AD towards the physical and legal entities (called below USERS) that receive and publish on their internet sites information provided by Deltastock AD free of charge.

Deltastock AD allows every web page from the Bulgarian and international Internet community to display for free specially prepared financial information, as long as the contents of the site do not collide with the local and international law and the common moral and ethical standards. Deltastock AD reserves the right to decline or stop at any time the distribution of information to the USER in its own discretion, as well as in case these Terms and Conditions are violated.

The USER is obliged to place on a visible section of the web page, next to the used resources, the explanatory text "Provided by Deltastock AD", which text will be a hyperlink to Deltastock’s web site – www.deltastock.com. In addition, it must be clearly displayed the time delay of the provided information, in case there is any. There is a time delay of 15 min. for the BSE (Bulgarian Stock Exchange) stock quotes. If in the resource itself there is a text with hyperlink, stating provision by Deltastock, it is not necessary for the USER to include such additional text.

The USER might not by any means alter the information provided by Deltastock or redistribute it to third parties on his/her behalf. The USER is obliged to provide his/her visitors with absolutely free access to the information distributed by Deltastock AD, without asking for registration, payment or any other restrictions.

Deltastock can place its own advertising banners anywhere in the provided resources, as long as this does not bridge the already specified design of the resources or it does not make their comprehension by the end user difficult.

The USER may at his/her own will and under no conditions, refuse to display the resources provided by Deltastock. In such case, and/or if there has been a period during which the resources have not been displayed on the USER’s web site (minimum of 30 days), Deltastock AD has the right to suspend the distribution of information. If the USER wants the information feed to be restored, after being suspended, a new registration will be required.

The specific requirements in regard to the selected resources by the USER and the display method are explicitly indicated in the process of Registration and upon generating the code of the resources. Up to several business days after the registration of a future USER, Deltastock AD will review the application and will notify the applicant if it has been approved. Then the real data feed will begin to the USER, if it hasn’t been declined.

Deltastock AD will not be liable for the provision of wrong data as a result of technical problems within Deltastock AD, the route between it and the USER, as well as within the USER itself and other.

Completing the registration procedure for receiving resources, you are automatically considered to have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

All the issues not settled by these terms and conditions are subject to additional negotiation between the USER and Deltastock. These terms and conditions settle the case, in which Deltastock offers its own resources free of charge and the USER accepts to use them based on his/her goodwill. These terms and conditions have no juridical power and cannot be used as a ground for legal actions by either of the parties Deltastock or the User against the other.
